What is STAAR L and STAAR A?
STAAR L is a version of the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) for eligible students who are learning English. While STAAR L is not available for reading and writing assessments, eligible students may receive linguistic accommodations while taking these tests.
