Will Night Lords get a codex?
Both these armies are getting Codexes of their own. Thanks to their new Legion Trait, the Night Lords are one of the most interesting forces in the new Chaos Space Marines codex, able to maximise casualties in the Morale phase and devastate even the most stalwart of soldiers.

Which is better raptors or warp talons?
Subject: Warp talons vs raptors. In my experience, Raptors are best used in a Nurgle or Slaanesh army, while Talons are better in Tzeetch and Khorne. Khorne gives buffs to their melee, and Tzeetch allows psychic powers that can defend them while getting to CC.
How do Night Lords recruit?
Since the Heresy, it is known the Night Lords recruit through a variety of methods. One such method is collecting children-survivors of worlds they attack. Another is to pick up other Chaos Marines from other Warbands. However, they can also lose numbers the same way.
