Because in one of my sims, I have them as nemesis and, I don’t know why it doesnt pass the level: ( Maxing out actually means to fill out the chat meter with the chat bubbles. It means to fill the Social Bar not empty it. That is the truth! they have to chat till you see that they’re body is sparkling haha and it really works!
