What is the easiest way to catch Feebas?
In the 5th Generation, Feebas became much easier to find. Here, it is in one of the special wild spots in water. Occassionally, when you surf around, a spot will appear in water. If you fish in this spot in Route 1 only, there is a chance that Feebas will appear thus making it very easy to find and capture Feebas.
Why is Feebas so hard to find?
Feebas is one of the most difficult Pokémon to find in Emerald, mainly due to the fact that there is so much space that you will need to cover to find it. Finding Feebas will allow you to get a Milotic, which makes it all worth the effort. Plus, Feebas are good trade Pokémon.
How do you evolve Feebas in Pokémon Diamond?
To raise beauty condition, simply feed Feebas Dry Poffins, which can be crafted from dry-tasting and blue-colored berries. Once you’ve fed Feebas enough of these, its beauty condition should be high enough to evolve into Milotic so head out and level up the Pokémon one more time.
Can you catch Feebas with old Rod?
Feebas tiles do not go away when you move off of them. They can be caught with the Old Rod. Feebas are found anywhere on Route 119, not just to the east of the Weather Institute.
Is Feebas rare?
Unfortunately, Feebas is a rare Pokémon, so they have a hard time appearing even if the suitable conditions are met. Just like many other Pokémon, Feebas evolves by using a lot of their respective candy: 100 candies to be precise, so catching and releasing around 25 will net enough necessary.

How do you max out Feebas beauty?
The only way to raise Beauty is by feeding Feebas Blue or Indigo PokeBlocks. PokeBlocks are used to raise five different aspects of your Pokemon: Smartness, Cuteness, Coolness, Beauty and Toughness.
