What is Amie GPA?
In the pass mark sheets of Sections A/B examinations, apart from grade in individual subjects, GPA (Grade Point Average) will also be provided.
Is Amie difficult to pass?
It is a widespread myth among AMIE aspirants that AMIE is very tough. This is not true. On the contrary, AMIE is far easier than regular B Tech. In AMIE, you have to pass only 13 subjects, one project and ten lab experiments.
How do I get an Amie grade card?
Visit the official website of AMIE at Select the option to check the result/grade card of AMIE 2020. After clicking the link, the candidates will be redirected to a new tab. The candidates will have to now enter the required details like their membership number and their six-digit roll number.
How many attempts are there for Amie?
As Senior Technician, you have to pass 4 subjects in section-A and 9 subjects in section-B. And in every 6 months, you can give exam of upto 4 papers. Also, you can enroll in section-B only after clearing section-A. So, if you clear all papers in first attempt, you can complete AMIE in 2 years (4+4+4+1).
What is Amie certificate?

You can check your AMIE membership status in a list. In case your name does not appear in latest list even after 3 months days of applying, pl check whether your name appears in AMIE discrepancy list. (Note: Number like 110200051340 is NOT membership number. It is registration number.
Is BTech better than Amie?
Both AMIE and B. tech are of same academic level. But a student can get B. Tech degree only through regular class room study, while AMIE is the degree of same value that you can get through non-formal study.
Is Amie valid for UPSC 2021?
