What charger do I need for my Surface Pro?

Can you charge the Surface Pro 8 with USB C?
The port you’re going to use to charge your Surface Pro 8 will be USB-C 2, as it has the higher 65W power output if you’re charging a single device with the wall charger. Even if you’re charging two devices, a 45W charge rate for your Pro 8 is a lot of power, and you can still fast-charge a smartphone via USB-C 1.

Can I use a 65W charger instead of 44W?
As long as it is the same voltage and connector type you can use a higher watt adapter. It will charge the battery a bit faster but other than and the size of the brick you will see no difference.
