Where is the Eurofighter built?
Eurofighter Typhoon is built in the Preston area. Part of a European collaborative programme, 661 ordered by the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, Austria, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar. The Typhoon was preceded by a technology demonstrator called the EAP, Experimental Aircraft Programme, in the early 1980’s.
