Though it would be more difficult to use Sorcery with this starting class, the Temple Knight is able to specialize in nearly anything else with great success. Beginners will have a much easier time getting through the earlier levels with this type of a build, so this is a really solid choice as well.

Is Knight a good class in demon souls?
