Splashdown Quaywest is Ready To Open Splashdown Quaywest opens tomorrow, Saturday 1st May 2021 and we couldn’t be more excited to open our doors for the first time this season.
Does splashdown have a swimming pool?
There’s the fabulous Little Buccaneers SplashZone with a starter flume, water play area and Buccaneer Bay, our toddler swimming pool. And, on a hot summer’s day, Buccaneer Beach is the perfect spot for a splash with the little ones.
Is Splashdown Tower Park open?
We’re open all year round, with outdoor flumes open during the spring and summer.
Does Splashdown Poole have a lazy river?
Splashdown has 13 indoor and outdoor slides, ranging from a gentle lazy-river style ride to the more hair-raising Screamer and Dragon’s Lair.
Do you have to book to go to splashdown?
We highly recommend booking online in advance. We have a fantastic online booking system which allows you to easily book your visit in advance and beat the rush! However, you can also just turn up on the day and pay at reception, but, on busy days please be prepared to wait, especially if it is raining.

Can you wear t shirts at Splashdown?
We prefer that you do not wear t-shirts as it can slow you up on the flumes. However, in certain circumstances, discretion by the Duty Manager may be given, and should you ask about wearing a T-Shirt when entering, you will be given a disclaimer to sign.
Can you bring food to splashdown?
SplashDown allows bottled water into the park. There are picnic areas outside of the waterpark if you would like to enjoy your food at your leisure but only water is allowed inside. So just to confirm–we are ok exiting and re-entering the park to enjoy our own food outside or would we have to buy new tickets…?

Is Splashdown water heated?
Yes, although the water is heated, sometimes it can be nippy on the top of the towers. You can wear your own wetsuit in the waterpark – or hire one of ours for the day.
