It won’t be too cold, but as others say you might want to wear a wetsuit. I’ll be going to the Keys from the UK in November and will be diving/snorkeling. Having dived/snorkeled in UK water last week at 18C (65F) and Malta in December at 14C (57F) the Keys will still seem warm to me!
