Since the 12HT and the 2H are supposed to be based on the same block, IMO it should be possible to mount the 12HT piston cooling (the oil-squiting) on the 2H.

The 12HT has oil squirting for the pistons, different engine compression, different head, direct fuel injection, larger IP and is strengthened between piston 1 and 2, and turbo is water cooled as well as oil fed.
