How long does it take to complete Go Ape Aberfoyle?

Do you have to wear gloves at Go Ape?
Participants must wear gloves. Gloves can be brought from home or are available for purchase at Go Ape. Long hair has to be tied back, waists covered and body piercings and jewelry removed or taped over. You may want to bring a change of clothing for the journey home.
Is Go Ape safe?
The reassuring thing about Go Ape is safety is paramount and the instructors certainly instil confidence in you. But as highlighted, your harness and the equipment you’re working with isn’t about making the job easier, it’s about keeping you and everyone around you safe.
Do you wear a helmet at Go Ape?
Will I be wearing a helmet? You will only have to wear a helmet if you’re participating on Forest Segway. Go Ape has consulted widely whilst risk assessing the benefits or disadvantages of participants wearing helmets on our high ropes experiences.
Do you need ID for Go Ape?
You won’t need to bring any ID with you. Those aged 16+ will need to sign a risk acknowledgement and disclaimer. Those under the age of 16 must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18+ who will be required to sign the risk acknowledgement and disclaimer assuming responsibility for those under the age of 16.
Can I wear a bum bag at Go Ape?
Bumbag and backpacks aren’t permitted on the course because of the need to wear a harness. A lanyard can be purchased either online when you book your adventure or on the day from the Go Ape cabin (subject to availability) to secure your phone.
Can I take my phone around Go Ape?
Any mobile devices such as cameras or mobile phones that you wish to take on the course must be attached to you at all times or switched off and kept in a secure pocket. If you will be supervising any under 16 year olds.
