Why is Sprout Swarm good?
The best part about Sprout Swarm is that it gets progressively easier to cast each turn as you build up an army of tokens. Even in the same turn, it effectively costs one less since you can use the token from the previous Sprout Swarm to pay for the next. In fact, that’s where the idea for the deck came from.

Yes you can! From the rulings on the Gatherer page for Sprout Swarm: Convoke reduces the total cost to cast Sprout Swarm. If you choose to pay the buyback cost, Sprout Swarm’s total cost is {4}{G}, and convoke can be used to reduce any or all of that cost.
Can convoke cast Full Moon?
It can cast any of the spells listed, regardless of shapeshift form or talents (e.g. It can cast Full Moon even if you lack the talent, and it can use Thrash in Moonkin form).

Do note that Convoke the Spirits can be cast whilst moving. For utility druid has a lot, you can use Stampeding Roar if the raid is in a sticky situation and you need to help the whole raid move out of or into something fast.
Does grounding totem work on convoke?
So do it sparingly. -Interrupt Convoke the Spirits with Wind Shear, Sundering(enhance), or use a defensive. Be careful if you use just a defensive, as it can be too much damage just for a defensive. Alternatively you can use Grounding Totem against Balance druid’s convoke.
