How do you view Transmog?
Since the Legion pre-expansion patch, you can access the new transmog system. Go to a transmog NPC in major cities and click on them to open up the transmog window. The transmog window is similar to the existing window with a paperdoll and slots you click on to apply transmog.
How do I use Wowhead model viewer?
Go to On the left-hand side of the screen that says “Battle.net”, enter in your character’s name and select their realm and region from the dropdown menus. That’s it! You’re now looking at a 3D model version of your in-game character on Battle.net, including hair, eyes, and skin color.
How do you use Wowhead dressing room?
Ctrl+Left-Click on the icon and the dressing room window will pop up. If you want to show the new item’s look to your guild mates or friends, you can Shift+Left-Click on the item’s icon to display a link in a chat line, and they can then also see for themselves how it would look on their own characters.

Set to custom mode. Click the padlock icon in middle of screen, at the top of your profile. Select new desired race/gender.

It’s easier than that, you just click the “Edit” link next to the demographic info, and change the race. I just tested out with my Paladin to see what she’d look like as a goblin and it worked fine.
