How do you play keep the balloon up?
Participants select a ball that is appropriate for their group (e.g., volleyball, beach ball, balloon). Each group stays within the activity area and plays a game of “keep it up” by hitting a ball into the air to pass it to each other. Participants work together to prevent the ball from hitting the floor.
How do you play balloon trolley?
Hand each of them a balloon except for the last person in the line. Instruct them that, in a moment, each of them will put the balloon between their shoulders (i.e., two people standing next to each other will be holding the balloon on either side with their shoulders).

Keep It Up is an easy online game where you must keep the while ball up in the air. Picture your mouse’s arrow or your finger like a sort of tennis racket as you tap the screen to keep the white ball bouncing up on the screen.
What is Balloon Relay?
The students must pop their balloon as quickly as possible by sitting on it, stepping on it, or by other means. When they have popped their balloon they must race back and tag the next person on their team. The first team to have all their balloons popped wins!
