How do you apply rustoleum 20X?

Can you paint over rustoleum deck restore?
You cannot apply Restore 10X Advanced Resurfacer directly over another coating. ALL EXISTING SEALERS, PAINTS, STAINS, WATER REPELLANTS OR OTHER FINISHES MUST BE REMOVED for Restore 10X Advanced Resurfacer to adhere properly. The previous coating needs to be removed using a chemical stripper or a concrete floor sander.

Clean the existing surface thoroughly prior to priming with RockSolid Deck Start Wood Primer. After priming, follow application instructions to apply another topcoat.
