How do online Cinemark tickets work?
Usually, movie ticket websites obtain the customer’s phone number during the sign-up process. After the transaction, they send SMS texts and confirmation email messages to the buyer’s device. With a screenshot of the email or text message, their access to the cinema is sure.
Can you cancel movie tickets bought online?
For tickets or food and beverage items purchased on our website or mobile app, you can receive a refund before the printed showtime. You can request this refund online, through the Tickets section on your AMC Stubs account or your confirmation email. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.
Can you use platinum Supersaver online?
How do I use Cinemark passes or platinum supersavers? Guest passes, rainchecks, platinum supersavers, or other passes can only be redeemed at the local theatre and not online. Only credit cards and Cinemark gift cards can be used to make a purchase online. Platinum supersavers are valid for one general admission.
Does Cinemark Platinum Supersaver expire?
Platinum Supersaver Each Platinum Supersavers allows the redeemer to see the movie of their choice at any local Cinemark theatre. May be redeemed at any participating Cinemark theatre nationwide and does not have an expiration date. Present at box office. This ticket is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund on my cinema ticket?
Tickets booked for a cinema viewing are generally non-refundable and cannot be altered.
Can you change cinema tickets once booked Vue?

Can a child watch a 15 movie with a parent?
A PG film should not unsettle a child aged around eight or older. Unaccompanied children of any age may watch, but parents are advised to consider whether the content may upset younger, or more sensitive, children. Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No one younger than 15 may see a 15 film in a cinema.
