How do I get the old version of Google Maps?
Google Earth automatically displays current imagery….To see how images have changed over time, view past versions of a map on a timeline.
- Open Google Earth.
- Find a location.
- Click View Historical Imagery or, above the 3D viewer, click Time .
How do I switch back to classic Google Maps?
Click on the question mark enclosed in a gray speech bubble on the bottom right of the map. You’ll see this dialog where you can get help. At the bottom there’s an option to Return to classic Google Maps. Click it.
