How do I connect my AcuRite weather station to my router?
To connect your display to your Wi-Fi:
- From a computer, (you can use a smartphone or tablet but this works best from a laptop or desktop computer), open the network tab and click on the AcuRite Wi-Fi Display Model Number.
- Click the box to connect automatically.

Does AcuRite weather station connect to WiFi?
The weather station display is equipped with a Wi-Fi module that only supports 2.4 GHz wireless networks. These products support the following security protocols on a 2.4 GHz network: WPA-TKIP, WPA2-AES-PassPhrase, WPA2-AES-PSK, Combo-WPA-TKIP, and Validation-OPEN.
How do I fix my AcuRite weather station?
Hard Reset:
- Bring both the sensor and display unit together and power down by removing all batteries from each and/or removing the power cord.
- Change the A-B-C switch on both units to a new, matching channel then press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds if applicable.
- Reinstall the batteries in the outdoor sensor.
How do I reset my AcuRite access?
Unplug the unit from the Ethernet cable and the power adapter. Wait 20 seconds. Reinsert the backup batteries (if applicable). Press and hold the reset button, located on the back of the Access next to the Ethernet port, for 20 seconds.
Does AcuRite smartHUB still work?
With the new release of the AcuRite Access, we have discontinued production of the My AcuRite smartHUB, and will be ending service and support for it effective August 31, 2018. This means that after September 1, 2018 the smartHUB will no longer be able to publish to My AcuRite.
What does the AcuRite Access do?
An AcuRite Access® is a stand-alone device that sends readings from AcuRite sensors to My AcuRite® over your network (Internet) connection.
