Why did you miss your flight on Bravofly?
Bravofly gave us incorrect information regarding the departure terminal which caused us to miss our flight by 5 minutes. When we tried to get service through the help number we were “helped” by two agents who could barely understand us and couldn’t even book us a new flight. We ended up calling Expedia for help.
Is there a way to get a refund from Bravofly?
Don’t take the tiny savings Bravofly offers. Flights were cancelled due to COVID restrictions in June 2020 (15 months ago). Still no refund and no way to contact Bravofly. The phone number doesn’t get you to any person and no email address to contact.
