What happens if I miss my APC delivery?
Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot. Goods may be returned to the sender after 3 days if no response has been received to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ calling card that was posted or the ‘Sorry we missed you’ email sent.

How does APC Overnight work?
When an item is booked with APC Overnight, the sender will specify delivery from our range of services. This is normally for delivery by 9am, 10am, 12 noon or 4pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will be attempted between 8am and the selected delivery time.
