Do all ISOFIX bases fit all car seats?
Isofix seats will not fit in every car with Isofix points. As with any child car seat, follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Isofix cars have Isofix slots hidden behind the rear seats, in the joint between the back of the seat and the seat cushion. Push the connectors into the Isofix slots in the car seat.

Can I use ISOFIX in a non ISOFIX car?

Is it safe to buy a second hand ISOFIX base?
Isofix is a lot easier and simpler but never buy any car safety equipment second hand unless you can guarantee 110% that it’s safe and has never been involved in an accident. Unless you know the seller very well don’t take the risk.
