Can Webelos still wear blue shirt?
Webelos no longer wear the blue Cub Scout uniform, and only wear the tan Scouts BSA uniform colors: the tan shirt can be used in Scouts BSA. when doing Arrow of Light activities with a Scouts BSA troop the Webelos will fit in.
Does Webelos patch go on Boy Scout uniform?
Webelos and Arrows of Light wear the tan uniform shirt like Boy Scouts. When the Scouts earn their Webelos rank, they will wear the badge sewn onto the left pocket. The Arrow of Light rank patch goes directly below the left pocket. It is the only Cub Scout badge that may be worn on the Boy Scout uniform.
Can Webelos wear jeans?
Webelos may wear either the official Cub Scout navy blue pants/ shorts (with navy shirt–see above), or official olive Boy Scout pants/shorts (with tan shirt–see above). The official socks are worn with the official Boy Scout uniform.

The emphasis shifts from home-centered activities to group-centered activities similar to those they will encounter in Boy Scouting.
