Are White River knives any good?

Where are White River knives made?
White River uses only USA sourced materials with the exception of certain exotic materials not produced in the US such as cork. The White River Knife and Tool name is inspired by Michigan’s White River which runs through the family property in the Manistee National Forest.

Rapid River makes a great knife. Made in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. I believe some of the artisans that used to make Marbles knives in Gladstone are involved. They look good enough to collect, but are built and meant to be used.
Are Bark River knives any good?
They make very, very nice knives. Although, you should know that most bark river knives have a convex edge, which is difficult for the average person to sharpen at home. It can definitely be done but it’s not as simple as other grinds (such as flat, hollow or scandi).

Is S35VN better than S45VN?
Is S45VN really better than S35VN? The answer may surprise you. Yes, it is a better steel than S35VN but there’s not a great difference. They basically are alike with the exception than S45VN has a little bit more carbon and chromium in the mix, along with the addition of nitrogen – which S35VN does not have.
